New products:
Copper-Tone Audio-Gauge Power Cords. Mercury has just made available custom-spec power cords made specifically for guitar amps. Copper-Tone cords are of a much heavier gauge wire than standard power cords. Smaller cords are like a tourniquet on your amp's power. For more information, click here.
UTM -- Universal Transformer Mounts. Take a look at this new type of mounting bracket. It'll not only allow you to easily mount some types of Marshall transformers in Fenders, and vise versa, but it has a number of other useful features as well. For more information, click here.
Fender announced the EC Series. Fender's new Eric Clapton signature series amp line-up. All handwired and made here in California. Two of which come Mercury-equipped -- the Tremolux and the Twinolux models. For more information, click here.

"Ken Sura at Audio Nexus did a great job putting in that new massive Mercury output transformer (FBFVIBV-O), and it sounds great! It looks like it is twice the size of the original Super Reverb-style OT that was in there before. I have to admit that the posts I had read on the Internet were giving me concerns that the improvement would be subtle... it isn't. The new OT really transformed my amp, far more than any tubes or modifications I have tried." -- Robert Smith
Magnetics components (choke, output transformer, and AC cable), and compares the amps using 3 different electric guitars, as well as an electric violin, under identical channel and tone settings. We hope to therefore provide the MOST accurate demonstration of how these components modify your amp's sound.
